PLEASE NOTE

Factory Underground is not responsible for storing or managing any client files once a project is complete. We recommend clients bring a reliable hard drive with them to their session. If you don’t have a hard drive there may be some available at the front desk for purchase.

Factory Underground Studio typically keeps session files up to 2 months, but holds no responsibility for any client files. If you request your files after your project has been signed off on and they are still available, there will be a minimum charge of forty dollars ($40) for us to put your session files on your hard drive OR send them to you via Dropbox/WeTransfer (if they are small enough). Files sent via Dropbox or WeTransfer must be downloaded within 14 days of your files being sent.
