Dan Walter

Dan Walter is an Engineer, Instructor, Producer, and Songwriter with a commitment to creating great music, both live and in the studio. Specializing on the guitar, Dan has performed with a variety of ensembles ranging from jazz combos to rock bands to electronic/hip hop groups. In addition to his live experience, Dan continues to release original music to all streaming platforms. He has earned a BA in Audio and Music Production from Western Connecticut State University and currently teaches at Factory Underground Tech. Dan believes that the best way to learn is in a creative and hands-on environment. He encourages all his students to focus on what inspires them, while cultivating sound fundamentals in the process.
